The inclusion of two new cities in this guide along with Tokyo's fast moving culinary scene make this year's selection particularly rich in new discoveries. For this 4th edition, the Michelin inspectors combed Tokyo, Yokohama and Kamakura anonymously so that we can recommend the best restaurants these cities have to offer.
